Brief Information:
Government of Karnataka, Centralised Admission Cell has invites Online Application for “Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test 2021” from eligible candidates. This exam mandatory for become teacher in school of Karnataka. The candidates must pass KARTET exam before applying the Teacher posts. the candidates those who are interested in teaching field and having prescribed eligibility criteria should apply for the KARTET 2021.
The Government of Karnataka has entrusted the responsibility of conducting Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test (KARTET) to the Centralised Admission Cell (CAC).
Fee Structure:

Eligibility:
Paper I:
PUC / Senior Secondary with at least 50% of marks and passed or Appearing in final year Diploma in Elementary education or 4 year of Bachelor of Elementary Education
Or
Graduation with at least 50% of marks and passed or Appearing in final year Diploma in Elementary education or Bachelor in Education.
Paper II:
Graduation with at least 50% of marks and passed or Appearing in final year Diploma in Elementary education or Bachelor in Education.
Or
PUC / Senior Secondary with at least 50% of marks and passed or Appearing in final 4 year of Bachelor of Elementary Education or 4 years B.A.ed/ B.S.ed
Note:
SC, ST, C1 and PWD will get relaxation of up to 5% in the qualifying marks in the Minimum Education qualification
Structure and Content of KARTET 2021:
All questions in KARTET test will be of 150 multiple choice questions, each carrying one mark in four alternative out of it one answer will be correct there will be no negative marking.
Paper 1 : will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes 1 to 5
Paper 2 : will be for a person who intends to be teacher for classes 6th to 8th Class
