Rural Drinking water and Sanitisation Department- (RDWSD) has announced job Notification for various posts in across Karnataka. RDWSD is implementing the Swachh Bharat Mission – Gramin and Jal Jeevan Mission Schemes in Karnataka.
In order to above schemes in time bound manner and effectively, the department is hiring eligible and dynamic consultants on contract/ outsource basis.

District MIS Consultant: Total Posts- 5
M.C.A./Statistics, M.Sc.Computer Science/ BE Computer Science from a recognized university only.
3-5 years of relevant experience in data management, data research preferably in the developmental sectors.
(Vacant Divisions: Harapanahalli, Bangaluru Urban, Chikkaballapura, Kolar & Kodagu)
Salary; Rs.22,000/-to Rs.25,000/-
IES Consultant: Total Post-1
Post Graduate in Mass Communication / Journalism from a recognized university only.
Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field and should have worked in development sectors preferably in water, sanitation and rural development.
(Vacant District: Chikkaballapura)
Salary; Rs.22,000/-to Rs.25,000/-
SH (Sanitation & hygien) Consultant: Total Post – 1
Graduate degree in Engineering/ Social Science/ Public health / Rural Management or other relevant fields from a recognized university only.
Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field and candidate should have worked in development sectors preferably in water, sanitation, health and rural development.

Salary; Rs.22,000/-to Rs.25,000/-
Contract/outsource Period:
The appointment is purely on temporary basis. Initially the contract period is for one year. Based on the satisfactory performance and need of the department, the contract will be extended every year.
Age of Consultants:
Age should not be more than 45 years from the date notification
