Brief Information:

Baba atomic research centre, Mysore released job notification for filling up various posts from the interested candidates. Barc invites application for the posts of Driver-Cum  Pump Operator-Cum-Fireman/A and Sub Officer posts for recruiting through the direct recruitment

APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FROM THE ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES FOR THE FOLLOWING POST:

 

DRIVER-CUM -PUMP OPERATOR-CUM-FIREMAN/A:

Total Posts: 16

Salary scale: Rs. 21700/-+ allowance as admissible under Central Government Rules as admissible under Central Government Rules

Education:  PUC/  10+2 (Science with Chemistry  Science with Chemistry) or equivalent with at least  minimum 50% of marks

Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License with minimum one year

 

Physical Standards: 

  1. No deformity No deformity 
  2. Height Height : 165 Cms. Minimum  
  3. Weight Weight : 50 Kgs. Minimum  
  4. Chest Chest : 81 Cms. Normal  
  5. Chest Chest : 86 Cms. Expansion  
  6. Vision Vision : 6/6, without wearing glasses or any other aid. 

 

 

Age limit:

Must have completed 18 years but no 

Must have completed 18 years but not more than 27 years for unreserved candidates  more than 27 years for unreserved candidates &  EWS, 30 years for OBC, and 32 years for SC&ST candidates 

Selection method: The selection process involves Physical Endurance Test, Driving Test and Written Test

 

Sub Officer:

Total posts: 4 (UR – 03, OBC – 01)

Salary scale: Rs. 35400/- + allowance as admissible under Central Government Rules

 

Educational Qualification:  PUC (10+2) (Science with Chemistry) or equivalent with  50% marks plus passed Sub Officer’s Course from National Fire Service College. Persons having valid Heavy Vehicle driving license will be given preference. 

Physical Standards: 

  1. No deformity 
  2. Height : 165 Cms. Minimum  
  3. Weight : 50 Kgs. Minimum  
  4. Chest : 81 Cms. Normal  
  5. Chest : 86 Cms. Expansion  

 

Age Limit:

Must have completed 18 years but not more than 40 years for unreserved candidates  and 43 years for OBC candidates as on the last date of receipt of application.

 

AGE CRITERIA: Upper age limit prescribed are relaxable as under: 

  1. Upto a maximum of 5 years for SC / ST candidates for the posts reserved for SC / ST. 
  2. Upto a maximum of 3 years for OBC candidates for the posts reserved for OBC. 

 

HOW TO APPLY: 

  1. Application will be accepted OFFLINE ONLY and should be submitted in the proforma given.  2. The application and the outer cover should be superscribed as “Application for the Post of ___________  Post Code __________ against Advertisement No. BARC/MYS/02/2021. 

 

LAST DATE OF APPLICATIONS  

The dully filled-in application form in the prescribed format along with necessary documents as above should be  placed in a cover and the cover should be superscribed as APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ________ POST  CODE _______ against Advertisement No. BARC/MYS/02/2021 and should be sent to Administrative Officer-III,  Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, P. B. No.1, Yelwal, Mysuru – 571 130 so as to reach not later than 15.10.2021.
