Railway Recruitment Cell, North Central Railway has announced notification for engagement 1664 apprentices posts from eligible candidates. ONLINE applications are invited from interested candidates for engagement of Act Apprentices for imparting training under the Apprentices Act 1961 in the designated trades at Workshops/Units in the jurisdiction of North Central Railway Railway.

The Selected Applicants are required to undergo apprenticeship training for a period of 01 (ONE) year

Rate of Stipend:
Selected candidates will be paid a Stipend during the training at the prescribed rate as per extant rules governed by the concerned State Governments
Education Qualification:
Matriculate or 10th Class with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from recognized board.
However, for Trade Welder (Gas & Electric), Wireman and carpenter the minimum education qualification is 8th Class Pass from recognized school and the National Trade Certificate/ ITI Certificate in the notified trade issue by NCVT/ SCVT
Technical Qualification:
National Trade Certificate (ITI) in relevant field
Age Limit: (as on01/09/2021)
Minimum age limit : 15 years
Maximum age limit: 24 years
Upper age relaxation :
SC/ ST : 05 years
OBC: 03 years
PWD: 10 years
Application fees:
Candidates should pay Rs. 100/-
No fee is required to be paid by SC/ST/PWD/Women Applicants.
